Edgar Angelone: A Photographic Homage to Irving Morrow and Frank Lloyd Wright

October 1 - November 13, 2011

Curated by Dieter Tremp

Fine art photographer Edgar Angelone  was born and raised in Argentina, and now lives in Marin County with his wife and three children.   His academic training was in medical sciences and psychology, but he has been involved in the arts since childhood. Today he is known  for his exquisite Platinum prints, as well as gelatin silver traditional black and white work.  Angelone has won numerous prestigious black and white international competitions, has been published in photography magazines, and his work has been shown in galleries throughout the United States, Europe, South East Asia, and South Africa.

In this exhibition, with his sophisticated sense of abstraction, Angelone brings us dramatic angles of two iconic structures, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Marin County Civic Center.
